I installed the browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox during setup but both extensions are saying to start ScreenomeX (it's running) and the app doesn't see the extensions either.

Hi @Kevin Lord - this is an actual bug and has now been fixed on our internal version. I intend to publish that tomorrow so please check your ScreenomeX application for updates tomorrow (they should pop up automatically ;)).
